In-addition to managing his executive duties, he prefers to stay hands-on, working on projects and with clients. Saul is a licensed Electrical Professional Engineer (P.E.).

Jennifer is responsible for overseeing and managing daily administrative operations. This includes the smooth functionality of Human Resources, financial management, provides strategic direction, establish policies, and ensure the successful execution of organizational goals and vision.

Leroy is responsible for overseeing all mechanical engineering work. This includes project management, cost estimating, scheduling, and resource planning. He works closely with the project team, clients, and vendors, ensuring all standards are met.
