Meet The Team

Saul is responsible for driving the success and growth of the company. This includes executing executive strategy, vision, mission, and goals. In-addition to managing his executive duties, he prefers to stay hands-on, working on projects and with clients. Saul is a licensed Electrical Professional Engineer (P.E.).

Jennifer is responsible for overseeing and managing administrative operations. This includes the smooth functionality of Human Resources, financial management, provides strategic direction, establish policies, and ensure the successful execution of organizational goals and vision.

Leroy Responsible for the operational leadership of the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection departments while maintaining a hands-on role in project design. Oversees departmental resource allocation, engineering standards, and project schedules, while directly contributing to technical calculations, Revit modeling, and the delivery of complex building systems.

Jonathan is responsible for preparing electrical engineering calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications, project schedules and cost estimates to meet project requirements under the supervision of a Lead Electrical Engineer.

Joseph is responsible for the design of mechanical (HVAC) building systems, reports, project schedules, cost estimates, and preparing mechanical calculations as part of a project team under the supervision of a Lead Mechanical Engineer.

Responsible for the design of plumbing and fire protection building systems, including engineering calculations, technical reports, and cost estimates. Collaborates within a multi-disciplinary team to produce detailed construction drawings and specifications under the direction of a Lead Engineer.

Position is responsible for the design, analysis, and review of structural components and systems for projects.
