About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Engineer based in Nashville, TN. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing all electrical engineering work. Key responsibilities include preparing electrical design plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, performing power system studies, and collaborating with project teams to achieve client goals efficiently and within budget.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).

  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required (must qualify for TN licensure; multi-state licensure is a plus).

  • Experience: 6+ years of practical experience, specifically with commercial or industrial design.

  • Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and BlueBeam.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can translate complex technical concepts for clients and code officials alike.

  • Leadership: A proven track record of working independently while successfully managing a multi-disciplinary team.
